Activity2: Influences on the Worker-Researcher

My position as a practitioner-researcher will be reflecting the values, actions, rules and procedures within my research process.One of the potential advantages that can improve my work practice is being able to collect data from the primary sources.
The supervisor and my colleagues are the most valuable resource to help me completing the task. The collected data from the primary sources will draw the strategy, which enables priorities to be determined and replaced at workplace. From this point, searching for new techniques to implement the animation associates my position and that will address the efficiency of production in workplace for improvements. ­
